I have a problem when I am canceling my subscription as there is not even an option for me to do it.I need to stress that I am really angry about it.
Another issue is that there is no email for me to contact the customer service. I found this very ridiculous.

I wish it was that easy.I have followed every instruction and checked every possible link. The links are basically repeating themselves.
As you can see as follow, there is only one option for me called 管理計劃, meaning managing my plan. And there are no options for switching plans nor canceling it.
