I have had Elements premiere 15 for a while, last week i installed photoshop CS6 and used it. after that elements stopped working and gave me a message directing me to uninstall then reinstall and contact premiere support error code 16. this happened three times. finally on the third occurrence i realized it was every time i opened and used CS6 that premiere would stop working.
I spoke with the premiere team and they advised me to contact you regarding fixing CS6 before they fix premiere for the third time.
What should i do?
This is not Adobe support. Its a user community. Adobe does not market CS6 or support CS6 any more. As a Creative cloud subscriber you can install previous cloud versions of Photoshop and use them. There is a Cloud Photoshop CS6 version 13.1.2 it is a little different then the Perpetual CS6 versions Mac version 13.0.6 and windows version 18.104.22.168. CS6 was a very buggy version of Photoshop. If you installed CS6 make sure you also install the CS6 updates. Photoshop updates can be downloaded using these links.
