Problem with distortion tool

Hi guys,

Who can help me?  I have some problems after using the distortion tool.

Pleas check the attached pics. Difficult to describe the problem. Something with moiree effect maybe.

As the video-link leads to

404 File Not Found

and as Photoshop does, to the best of my knowledge, not feature a Tool called »distortion tool« please elaborate.

Thx for your answer. I mean the transformation tool with the distortion selection (Transformieren>Verzerren).

Can you provide a file in which you applied the Transformation with the offending result on a Smart Object?

But, if this result occurred in one transformation step, I am not optimistic if this can be amended.

yeah have find the solution after klicking everything whats possible.

My setting at the Interpolation section was wrong (Pixelwiederholung), now with bilinear Interpolation everything is fine.
