Payment Student license

I just extended my student license for the whole adobe software. Gave my creditcard details and now they charged me around  30 euro and I was that the next payment is next month. Since when do I have to pay monthly and why that much. Last years I just paid around 150 euros for a whole year. Please help me out

When you buy an Education subscription, the terms you "click to agree" should be clear about the first/later years
