There are a few ways. One would be to go to Help/Spry Help and when it
opens, the contents tell you what version. Or you can apply a Spry widget
to a page and then go to the Spry directory that is created and double click
on one of the JS files added to your site. At the top of that page, the
version is noted in the comments.

If you have CS4, you should have 1.6.1. If you are using CS3, I believe
it's 1.4 (although there is an updater extension available).

Thanks Nancy, yes it is, there is a page on Adobe where you can download the
            latest version.
That's why I put this question, normally I have the download somewhere, but
            I cant
find it, so the question was... did I did it already or not ?

Do you please check this link: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/spry/
And tell me if the "Get prerelease 1.6.1 of Spry framework now " link is
            what I need
            for my Dreamweaver CS3 ?

            Thanks
