scratch disk full msg, but scratch disk is NOT full

Running Photoshop CC

Windows 10

I keep getting the "scratch disk full" error message, but my scratch disk is not full. I have 195 GB of free space. My drive C is selected in the scratch disk preference, and C has 195 GB free space.

How do I get rid of this error msg?

Hi Nakin,

Could you please check if your recycle bin is full if yes then please empty it and let us know if it works.

It worked! My recycle bin was not very full....just emptied it about a week ago. But I emptied it again, and it worked. Thanks!
