I'm trying to contact someone in support, and I keep seeing the "chat is currently closed" message next to the chat option. I don't want to make a phone call, I want text based support. A company the size and wealth of Adobe should be able to afford 24/7 chat support. Can someone from Adobe tell me how I can get some support, in private rather than in a public forum. Thanks.
The purposely obscure cancellation process you guys have is pure evil.
