    Paid for a subscription, but keeps saying, "Trial expired"


      I started with a 7 day trial which worked fine. The day it expired I went and paid for it, but now I can not open the program and it simply says "Trial expired". I tried contacting technical support, but they can not seem to figure it out. Any suggestions? Unfortunately I am not that computer savvy so it's hard for me to figure out.
