Change shortcuts on Photoshop CC

Hello,

In order to customize the shortcuts on my computer, I would like to use 'CTRL+8' or 'CTRL+6' keys but I can't because of the layers shortcuts. I didn't found this shortcuts in the shortcuts panel.
Is it possible to use this keys for alignement tools ?

Those are Photoshop Channel Shortcuts which can not be change.  Photoshop does not allow them to be changed.

Only Adobe could give you their reason uses here can would not know Adobe does not document applations with information like that.
