    Can't view downloads

    tamzunc Level 1

In the past I have downloaded and viewd bank statements.

Now when I try to view from the website, when I select a PDF, I am sent to a large folder of 50-60 PDFs each named statement--useless to me to plow through these.

Is there a way to bypass this or do something in settings.  I'm pretty sure this started when I installed DC.

      Thanks,

          Hi Tamzunc,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per the above-mentioned description, it seems you were viewing pdf in a web browser. Could you please let us know the web browser you are using to view bank statements- Chrome/ Safari/ Internet Explorer?

Which operating system you have on the machine- Mac/Windows?

For ex. in Chrome, you can apply the following setting to view pdf directly in a web browser:

1- Launch Chrome > click three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the screen > click Settings

2- Scroll down the page and click Advanced

3- Click Content settings > scroll down the page and click PDF documents

4- Move the slider to the left to turn off "Download pdf files instead of opening them in Chrome"

Keep us posted with the results.
