Paid for service, cannot download apps

I paid for the annual membership, but cannot download apps.  I have gone through the process, but am not provided the option to download.  When I go to "my account" to verify my membership, it confirms I have paid and gives the option to download again.  But when I select download again, it takes me to trial offers and attempts for me to pay for additional services.

As I understand, you are not able to use the Adobe PDF Pack services and not able to download the application for Adobe PDF Pack, Is that correct?

Adobe PDFPack is an Adobe Document Cloud online services, you cannot download an app for this service. More about Adobe PDFPack: How to Use Adobe PDF Pack

As per the records, you have an active subscription of Adobe PDFPack on your Adobe ID, Sign in to Adobe Document Cloud at https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password and use the services.

You may also download the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and can use the services. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
