Just got a new laptop, running Windows 10, using a i7-600U, 16GB Ram... Downloaded the CC app, installed all of the wonderful apps i typically use. When I open Photoshop, everything is huge, and doesn't fit on my screen well, and have to zoom out on images to see them. If i open any other CC app, like Premiere, Lightroom, Illustrator.... they look normal/appropriate. I have turned all of the Tablet functions off, since it's not a tablet.

The two examples are on the same monitor, full screen. Display settings are set to 1920x1080.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Open Edit > Preferences > Interface.

Adjust UI scaling to 100%.  Restart Photoshop.

When your vision is not 20/20 & you're on a HI-DPI display as many folks are these days, the Auto or 200% settings make menus much easier to read.  But the trade off is considerably less workspace.
