    Cannot download from Kobo website to ADE


      Hi, I recently changed laptops but have not changed my Adobe Digital Editions ID.


      I purchased an eBook from the Kobo website which shows up in my library, however when I try to downlaod to ADE I get the following errors;


      • The vendor account is not associated with the item you are trying to open


      I cannot seem to contact Adobe support (UK) for help and Kobo Support seem to have run out of ideas (change password, etc), therefore any suggestions I would be most grateful.
