Hello, as the title reads I am having issues with my businesses new printer. It is a Designjet Z5200 that if I print an image through Photoshop CS5 (5X5) it comes out as (5.125X5.125) it looks to be a percentage amount larger depending on the size of the document. I tried a (6X6) square which came out as (6.25X6.25) If I print using a different program, preview for example, the image comes out the correct size. This led me to believe its a Photoshop issue or a driver or something. I then tried printing from my laptop which has CS6 but it still came out with the original issues I was having. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!
I also use HP printers, Z3100, 24" and 44", and with the last update my print size expands on average 1/4" for all prints. There does not seem to be a workaround. It must be some type of error that is embedded in the driver. I hope that someone who administers this page will look into it. It is really a problem to not be able to size custom work for clients.
Anyone else out there experiencing this issue?
