Hi Olivia,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums, however, I don't see any active subscription under this ID.

Did you receive a redemption code from your institution?

Please try steps in case of a trial error: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

Kindly share some more details so that we can help you.

For quick resolution, you may also Contact Customer Care.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to update the thread for any other questions.

Thanks

Kanika

Hi! I did not receive a code. Everyone has just been getting it with their university email being linked to the account which mine is. I tried to click on the link you provided and it didn't work for me, it said "access denied".

I appreciate you willing to help me.

Thank you

Unfortunately, with your university email, I don't see any active subscription. Is there a different ID? Could you check with your institution for the same?

Thanks

I checked with the tech guys at my university and there isn't a different ID to use, nor any type of activation code. As long as I have this email as my primary email (which I do) it is supposed to work.
