I just purchased Adobe Export PDF and used it to export it to word. The word document I get does not show text but images, which is useless because the whole objective of exporting it to word is to modify the text. How can I do this with EXPORT PDF?

Hi Oskars,

As per the description above, you are trying to export a PDF file into a Word and getting images instead of text, Is that correct?

Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and try with another PDF file and check.

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the Export PDF services, More about Export PDF: Using Adobe Export PDF

Download Reader DC: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Is the issue with one PDF file or with other as well?

Is it a scanned PDF file? Is it possible to share the document so that we can try to replicate the issue at our end?  Send us  a private message to share the PDF file, How to send a Private message: How Do I Send Private Message Link: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1184148

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
