Where can I hire someone to develop a custom GUI Script?

Hello, I'm a Brazilian VFX artist and creating scripts is driving me crazy.

That's a lot of information for me right now.

I'm looking for someone who can create a script with my needs.

I've been reading about Panels in HTM5 and if I could develop the most beautiful Interface it would also be interesting.

From what I've been reading and studying here, what I need to do is difficult for me at the moment, but it seems easy for many of you, so I think it's better to unite knowledge and work with experts.

If anyone has an interest or can tell me someone who can do this, I appreciate it.
