Acrobat 9.5.5 on 2008 R2 RDS sdrver started crashing

In the last couple of days Acrobat Standard 9.5.5 (not Reader) on a fully patched 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Server has started crashing for users. Always faulting modules dhcpcsvc6.dll and dhcpcsvc.dll. What is interesting is that it is only affecting some users, and not all.

I have seen a few other people try and fix this with a repair on Acrobat. I tried that last night and not getting more users with errors that didn't have crashes before.

Wondering if anyone has seen this or have any thoughts on fixing it. About to roll to a backup from a month ago when I know this was not an issue. Rather not do that and rather not upgrade Acrobat.
