Adobe Lightroom 6 CC Installer won't start

Hi everyone,

I purchased Adobe Lightroom 6 CC package via Amazon for my MacPro. Successfully entered the redemption code. Signed up. Created my own User ID and Password. Downloaded the Lightroom installer. Double clicked on the installer icon. Re-entered my User ID and password. Doesn't recognise password (despite the fact that I created it just minutes earlier). Does not have a Password Reset or Password Reminder in the pop up box. Stalemate! I can't move forward??

Any ideas what to do next??

Stephen what operating system are you installing Lightroom 6 on?  From your description you need to enter the User name and password for an administrator account on the computer.  This is typically the same credentials you use to log into the computer.
