no size and source available when selecting page setup

Hi

wondering if anyone has experienced no/blank fields for size and source when selecting page setup.

The end result is that the pdf does not print

Any feedback appreciated.

You could be more precise in your problem description.

What system and OS? What version of Acrobat? What printer? Screenshot of the problem dialogue?

I suppose yopu mean this one:

Works fine for me!

What you could check:

Are the printer drivers current and correctly assigned to the right printer?

Does printing work with a different printer? If no different physical printer is available, use a virtual one!

OS is Windows 2012 R2 server

Version is 2017.012.20095

Your png url is correct.

Printing does not work on any printers, it is like they do not exist. But they are, as we can print in any other application.
