Hi Sheena,

I have the same problem : ther is no button "cancel plan" on my page.
I would like to cancel my subscription for Abobe Illustrator but it is imply impossible !

Since you are not getting the cancel option within your account management page, please Contact Customer Care for the request.

**Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link above**

Please go through the Adobe - Subscription Terms as well.
