    authorization cannot connect from server

      Hello

      I am trying to authorized my computer to view the textbook I purchased and it has been in the stage of authorizing for about an hour now an I have reset my device and also force quit and tried to re download and I am receiving the same image, attached is the issue that has been displayed on adobe. I am at my house & I turned my firewall off to try and download it. Its still currently downloading and its been over an hour. I also tried to authorize without login and it also did not complete when I left my device plugged in overnight and woke up to an cannot connect to server. I even deleted the program from my computer & re-dowloaded it.
