          Hi Manuele,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I assume this file has multiple signatures, if yes you may try to validate signature one by one.

If there is any problem with a signature while validating try the following steps:

          • Select the signature which has the problem and right click on it. It will display a pull-down menu. Select Show Signature Properties” menu item. Check Signature Properties window.
          • Click on Show Certificate" button. It will open Certificate Viewer window.
          • From Certificate Viewer window, click on Trust tab. It will display Trust Settingsand the certificate is not trusted.
          • If you received the PDF document from a trusted source or the certificate is from a trusted source, click on “Add to Trusted Identities” button. Otherwise skip here and don’t validate your signatures.
          • It will prompt you a message Trusting certificates directly from a document is usually unwise. Are you sure you want to do this?”. Click on OK button if you tryst the source. Otherwise, stop to continue to next steps.
          • Now it will display “Import Contact Setting” window. Select “Use this certificate as a trusted root“ checkbox and click on OK button to import contact settings into your system.
          • Now the signature is validated and it will display Signature is VALID, signed by the message in Signature Properties.
          • Click on Close button to close the Signature Properties window.

Please let us know if that helps. Or if you have already found a resolution/workaround to this query, please reply to third with your findings that will help.
