Problem with CS6 Photoshop: Crash all time

Hello,

I have a problem with my Photoshop CS6. When I want use tracing paper, Photoshop crash:

Faulty module: ig9icd64.dll

I uninstall my photoshop and my graphical driver, but nothing.

Thanks for your help.
