Time position lines/beat lines

How come Audition does not have these time lines? Can I activate them somehow?

What exactly do you want them for?

If you need lines to line up your clips you can always add a Marker, which leaves a vertical dotted line at the time where it is placed. This is as well as using the various Snapping options to place the Play cursor accurately.
