I tried everything in this article, but it still doesn't work.
What can I do ? Is there anyone at the Customer Service that I can contact ?
Please rename the Sl store folder:
Windows: Navigate to C:/ProgramData\Adobe\ (Program data is hidden Folder) and rename Slstore it to Slstore.old
Mac: Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore.
Please note: Renaming this might affect the licensing of the older perpetual products( If any), and you might have to re-serialize them again.
