I don't remember seeing a similar issue previously.

This is likely this bug, which will be fixed in our next release.
There's a workaround in that link that should help you.

Windows 10 home 64 bit (10.0 build 15063)
Intel driver 188.8.131.5200

It took me half of month to solve this issue. This solution looks like the only correct one that really solves it...Thank you and hope it won't happen again...
