I have been using Digital Editions to read eBooks from various university and public library sites for several years. Recently, I have not been able to open downloaded materials. I get this message: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12
It appears from the forum that this has been an ongoing problem but the May 2017 queries remain unanswered.
What is the issue? How do I fix it?
As ADE is the only platform compatible with iMac for my university library, the issue is quite urgent.
