I recently just moved up from CS6. There is a very noticable delay whenever I need to click and drag a symbol, or rotate and skew it. My mouse has to move a few pixels before the symbol will respond. In CS6 it follows immediately and feels buttery smooth by comparison. Is there a way to turn this off or make it more accurate? All of my snapping options under View> Snapping are turned off.
Any help will be much appreciated

I think that helps a little? The cursor still moves a bit before the symbol does. In CS6 its instant
EDIT: Nevermind, it definitely didn't help

Sometimes its very noticable, and sometimes its not. So I'm going to have to dig into it more over the next few weeks to get more info for when it happens. Drivers are updated, and it happens on our newer machines too. I'll report back when I have more info.
