Whenever I try to use "Save as" it opens a completely blank window with only the namelist in the top. No folders or anything, just a grey window. How do I fix this issue?

I've tried re-installing and all the usual fixes but nothing helps.

Open up Acrobat's Preferences and go to the "General" category, then uncheck both "Show online storage" options.
