We have a 3rd party plug-in for Acrobat DC that throws the below error the first time you click on it. The next time you click on it, it will work the rest of the day. We have tried loading it to reader and it doesn't throw an error.
Also we noticed if you go to preferences, you get the below error when you close Adobe.

Anyone run into anything similar? Thinking it might be a setting or a conflicting file. The vendor doesnt get these errors when they test.
If a 3rd party plug-in is involved, and it's only crashing with that plug-in installed, then the cause is very likely that 3rd party plug-in - even though the vendor claims they cannot reproduce it. The only ones who can help you are the programmers who created that plug-in. There is nothing we can do.
