What is happening here?

I am very new to Muse.

I have a Quick Link bar across the bottom of my website; on which I have placed 5 buttons.

As you can see in the master, all these buttons are positioned just fine.

In the Home and the Sign-In pages however, the second button from the left is shifted down.

I don't understand how this is happening or how to fix it either.

Can anyone please help?
