How Do I Download An E-book ( It won't open)

My e-book file won't open . I really need it to study for a test !!!! I called adobe customer service. They accessed my computer remotely however they weren't able to help.

In order to download an E-book you need to download the support software, which is Adobe Digital Edition.

Adobe Digital Edition is a free application that you can download from- Adobe Digital Editions | Download
