Hallo Gemeinschaft

Das ungewünschte Verhalten taucht bei meiner Reader DC Pro version auf.

Welche Gründe kann es haben, dass ich beim Verlgeichen zweier Dateien die Fehlermeldung

"Dokument konnte nicht vollständig verglichen werden"

erhalte und das Vergleichsergebnis leer ist.

Es hadelt sich um zwei größere Dateien.

Verkleinder der Dateien durch Löschen einiger Seiten oder auch nur der Verleich einer einzigen Seite fürt zu immer dem gleichen Ergebnis.

Die PDF-Dateien werden aus einer Webseite heraus automatisch generiert.

Note: There is no such Adobe product Adobe Reader DC Pro, as Adobe Reader is a free software and Acrobat Pro DC is a paid software.

As per the issue description that you are not able to compare two PDF files, assuming you are using Acrobat Pro DC, please check for the latest updates of Acrobat Pro DC from Help Menu>Check for updates.
