After Effects does not open

dear friends. I installed After Effects cc 2015 on my computer. I got a computer reset because of a technical problem. Now, despite all my efforts, I can not install After Effects. Either there is a problem loading it, or After Effects does not open after Effects. I click on the icon on the table does not open. What could be the reason for this. Please help me.
