    "No Subscription Found"?


      Hello, recently (early October) I purchased the Student $19.99 license, giving me access to all applications like Photoshop and Premiere.

      After my trial ended, the Creative Cloud is unable to determine my subscription, despite me having paid for the month already.


      Things I've made sure of:

      • No sign of Payment decline (activated on Oct. 2nd)
      • Payment is logged on same account
      • Logged in (in-app) with same account

      I can forward my payment invoice if needed. Thanks for reading.
