I have installed acrobat pro dc to customer. First they used acrobat 9 without any problems, now on various pc scanning occasionally the program crashes (you must end the application from task manager). Scanners are Fujitsu of various models

Please check for any pending updates if Acrobat from Help menu>Check for updates. You may also repair the installation files from Help menu>Repair installation(only for Windows machine)
