I have a Macbook Pro, and my Adobe Acrobat is all up to date.
I have been trying to save/export my pdf as an image(jpg, png, etc) but the menu bar will not always expand beyond 'Export to'.
It will work sometimes, other times I will try to open and export it but the bar will not expand to do so. I try to exit out and open it when it does this, I keep trying to see if it will work but it will just not work when it doesn't want to.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening or anything I can do to just get it to work? It becomes really frustrating when I have deadlines.
Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please try to export the PDF using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf on a different browser like Chrome or Firefox or Safari and check if it brings any difference.
If you are using the Acrobat Pro DC, then sign out and sign back in once in Acrobat Pro and then check for any pending updates from Help menu>Check for updates.
