How to create an object responsive to text frame

Hi! I have the following problem: I created this in muse. These are two rectangular objects and a text frame.

But when the text gets bigger this happens:

These are on my master page. How can I get the objects to "flow" with the text and respond to how much text I add?

Use standard fonts or web font, and all is fine!

Using system fonts as you did is a very bad idea! Why? read this (post 4): https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2357163

And make sure, that

a) the  objects don’t overlap each other and

b) the outer rectangles are set to „responsive width (not width and height).
