I've inherited a system built on Business Catalyst and am struggling to find an answer to this problem...
We capture shippinginstructions during checkout but they do not appear in the invoice (System E-mails > Invoice) where this code is used: {tag_shippinginstructions}
I've tried deleting and recreating that code in case of a typo or whatever but no luck. Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.

That is the html, but in the admin that is added.

The field may be on the form in the registration buy layout but is the field for shipping instructions actually on the web form in the admin?

Appreciate your help, Liam. Yes, as best I can tell. During checkout, this code is output:
<div class="item"><label>Shipping Instructions</label><br />
<textarea cols="5" name="ShippingInstructions" id="ShippingInstructions" class="cat_listbox"></textarea> </div>
Many of the other fields on that form are output on the invoice successfully, just not this one.

Thanks Liam! I didn't know to look there as well. I added it to that form and posted a successful test afterward.
