    Plan renewal

      Hi

      I have checked the instruction in terms of the cancellation of the auto-renewal, but my case is different than that.

       

      First of all, I don't want to renew my plan and the renewal date was yesterday October 13th, 2017.

      I haven't gotten any notice from Adobe to my email that it's almost the day to renew the plan.

      However, Adobe might have tried to auto-renew my plan through paying more than I used to pay, (because I used to pay for the student fee.)

      Luckily, I didn't have much money in my bank account so that nothing has happened.

       

      What I am wondering is if I do not address the new payment and still, don't pay, am I automatically ending up with my plan without paying any penalties?

       

      When I just opened the Illustrator program, there was a warning message with how many days left.

       

      Therefore, if I choose not to pay the renewal fee, I can withdraw the plan, right?

      Just to make sure this, I'm leaving this question.
