The Recent Files in Photoshop is not there anymore, it was listed under Window Extensions Recent Files in Photoshop!

When was the last time you completely shut down all apps and restarted your machine?
Hi Dave,
Do you mean Recent Files list in Photoshop, as in File > Open Recent...? Or the Recent Files Workspace that shows your Recent Files as thumbnails when you use a File > Open?
Example: Creative Cloud Help | Start and Recent Files workspaces
If you’re talking about these, try logging out and back in to your Creative Cloud account using the Creative Cloud desktop app.
