    Can't start or update Adobe XD




      I used to be able to run Adobe XD on my Windows 10 machine (with all updates) without any problem.

      Now when I start it, I only get a white screen saying that I need to update with no option but to exit the app.


      When trying to download the app through the website or the CC app, the download won't start or in the Creative Cloud app, the button to install apps can't be clicked.


      I don't get any error messages and can't start any new installation so I'm not sure what information to provide - however, my Windows installation seems to have all the recent updates.


      Any suggestions why this is happening or what else I could try?
