Hi,

When an end user recieves an agreement email it contain static 'Company' 'First Name' and 'Second Name' information that stored in our Adobe Sign profile account on each email.

What we would like to do is through the REST API, be able to supply our own information on each agreement (email recieved by customer) we send.

So basically when the customer recieves the emails below, we can replace each of the static tags below (<Company>, <First Name>, <Last Name>) with information we want per agreement.

Email address from:

<Company> echosign@echosign.com

Initial email sent text:

<Company> Has Sent You ....... to Sign

Signed and filed email text:

'DOCUMENT NAME' between <Company> and 'SIGNED PERSON'

is Signed and Filed!

From <Company> (<First Name> <Last Name>)

To: 'SIGNED PERSON' and <Company>

Thanks

Have had a reply from Adobe Sign support.

It seems that we would have to create a 'Group' account for each of our partners.

For us this isn't really practical as we have thousands of partners who have their own customers.

We are sending e-signs on behalf of our partners to their customers.

Looks like we will have to use an alternative product to Adobe Sign.

Thanks
