The browser does not see the update of the flash player - XP/Chrome

Some sites in the Chrome browser are requesting an update to the flash player (using windows xp). I successfully update the flash player, but the sites do not see it and again ask for updates to the obsolete plug-in.

Chrome dropped support for Windows XP.  You'll need to use a different browser, or better, upgrade to an actively supported operating system.
