You may try sign-out & sign-in from the creative cloud desktop app and check if that helps.
Signing in/out from the desktop app didn't seem to help.
The desktop app certainly does not help here... please go to the Settings menu on top left, sign out and sign back in – with the same Adobe ID as on the desktop.
Signed out and back in on the iOS app with the same login as the desktop app and it still says 'Trial - Days remaining: 30'.

Your Cloud membership does not include access to the Lr Mobile service. This is depending on what licensing your institution offers.
Therefore you have only access to a trial version.
