This is an Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro issue. Need to solve why emails and certain Word docs to not print to PDF. Word docs that are in Times New Roman font will print to PDF but those that are in other fonts such as Calibri will not. Outlook emails also do not print to PDF format for what appears to be a font reason as well. When I try to print the Word doc that is not in Times New Roman or try to print an Outlook email a box pops up that indicates a "log" file and same cannot be created due to an incorrect font. Any suggestions to fix?
