I was using after effects 2017 and outputting to media encoder 2017, gifs were normal - examples: ssoosay: Animation Playbox / Back to Basics 7 - 9
Now when I do the same thing after the 2018 update (af+me 2018) I get this (see gif below), I think my settings are the same, the only thing changed was the update.
I want to try installing 2017 again, but can't find the option in creative cloud (AF older version is 2015, and can't find an older version for media encoder).
Not sure what to do, any help would be appricated, thanks

previous ae (and me) versions will be available with (i believe) the next cc desktop app update.

Hi,
I'm not seeing the glitch you are speaking of. Can you be more descriptive about the error?
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi,
I had a same problem, just like you.
please try make your rendered resolution low. (300p x 300p for me)
at least in my case, that solve the problem.
hope my method work for you either.
