I have a client who is running AutoCAD 2013 on a couple of workstations.
On one, the Adobe plugin from Acrobat Pro DC works just fine. On the other, Acrobat Pro 2017, the plugin does not appear at all.
I was given some information that it might be a result of the Microsoft Visual C++ version the Adobe plugin is built with and that it doesn't correspond to the version running with AutoCAD.
Does anyone out there happen to have any information as to which version of MSV C++ is running under the hood on both Acrobat DC Pro and Acrobat 2017 Pro?
