After OS(64bit, windows10) reinstall, I installed premiere pro cc(64bit) and other Adobe Apps.

But, I can,t install Media Encoder, because Media Encoder CC is not found in Creative Clouad Desktop App.

So, I am very inconvenient because I can not use the media encoder every time I export the footage I work on.

Please, help me.

Not sure why Media Encoder is not listed in Creative Cloud Desktop App.  It should be listed close to the bottom of the list.

Could you try refreshing the list of apps with the "Checking for App Updates" option?

If you still don't see Media Encoder listed here, could you try logging into Adobe.com website, go to Adobe Media Encoder CC product page and click "Download" at the top of the page.  Does it install Media Encoder?
